The team at CTH Parts SRL is constantly studying the quality of the insurance services and products offered to its customers.

Your feedback is very important to us as it allows us to identify possible problems and take measures to improve the relationship with you.

We appreciate your time and effort to inform us of any suggestion or dissatisfaction related to the relationship with CTH Parts SRL.

How do we manage your messages?

We assure you that we consider every one of your suggestions or complaints and we use our best endeavours to correctly and efficiently solve the aspects brought to our attention.

For that purpose:

  • we listen and respect your opinion
  • we confirm having received your message, by telephone or e-mail, within 2 business days from its registration;
  • we will communicate to you the name, position, and contact details of the person in charge of solving your request;
  • we will put all our efforts into answering your request within 5 business days
  • if your complaint requires further investigation and we cannot honour it within 5 business days, this will be reported to the department manager responsible for complaint analysis and resolution;
  • in the case of particularly complex complaints, which imply a extended resolution period, we will inform you of the status of your complaint every 10 business days;
  • in the final response, we will communicate to you, in a clear manner, the decision adopted, as well as the reasons on which it was based.
