All rubber tracks sold on our website, www.seniledecauciuc.com, are new, original, come from sources authorized by manufacturers and benefit from a 3-year warranty. The date from which the warranty period is calculated is the date on which the tax invoice is issued to the customer.
At delivery, together with the products, the customer also receives in paper form a Certificate of Quality and Warranty, which contains all details relating to the way warranty is ensured, as well as the tax invoice that also serves as sale-purchase agreement.
Warranty is ensured by the manufacturer’s representative and covers a wide range of manufacturing defects.
What is the procedure in case of a warranty issue?
- You inform us immediately on the defect you observed by calling the number 0737 242 777, by e-mail at info@cthparts.ro or by filling in the contact form on the website.
- We recommend that our customers not install newly-bought rubber tracks on worn track elements. This leads to an accelerated wear of the tracks and even their destruction.
- The tracks sent for examination to be replaced under warranty, must be cleaned, without traces of mud or oil products (diesel fuel, petroleum jelly etc.).
- The round trip transport of goods subject to warranty is made at the expense of CTHparts. Our obligation, in accordance with Law no. 449/2003 of 12/11/2003, Version updated on 27/12/2008, on the sale of products and associated warranties, is to provide a response to your request within 15 business days from the date of receiving your notification regarding the lack of compliance.
- Following the evaluation, if the manufacturing defect is found, the tracks will be replaced with new ones or, when their replacement is not possible due to a lack in stock, their monetary equivalent will be returned in the customer’s account.
We are aware that a warranty problem can be very inconvenient for our customers and that is why we give full priority to these situations and try to solve them as soon as possible.
